Our desire at New Hope is to see Hermitage become like Heaven. In this, our prayer is that everyone in our community would understand their need for a savior and that they would say “yes” to Jesus.
Would you join us in praying for our community to know Christ, His love and His grace that has been poured out for all who believe in Him?
• Luke 19:10: Jesus states that His core mission is "to seek and to save the lost."
• 2 Peter 3:9: God is "patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance."
• Romans 10:1: The Apostle Paul expresses his deep heart's desire and prayer to God for his people "that they may be saved."
• Matthew 9:37-38: Jesus tells His disciples to pray to the "Lord of the harvest" to send out workers into the harvest field.
Prayers for the Lost
• Open eyes: Pray that God removes spiritual blindness caused by the enemy.
• Soft hearts: Pray for hearts to turn from stone to flesh and receive the truth.
• Workers: Pray that God sends people across their path to share the gospel clearly.
• Opportunities: Ask God to open doors for you or others to speak grace and truth.
